Maintenance Person

Maintaining Storage Property which includes but is not limited to;

Cleaning units (Sweeping, washing walls, removing items left by people)
Light electrical, (changing light switches, ballasts, fixtures, outlets)
Light pluming (Fix toilets when required)
Metal replacement
Maintain Furnaces
Maintain Golf Carts
Maintain Company Vehicles
Snow removal (working plow truck, front end loader)
Grounds keeper (Lawn mowing, edging, raking)
Completing over locks and unlocks for Mangers
Completing Units checks (rounds) twice daily.
Janitorial (Mopping office, emptying garbage, cleaning bathrooms)
Deliver packaged to Commercial tenant's units
Cut locks
Adjust doors
Lawn Care/Sprinklers
The ability to be interrupted without losing temper. (Multi-tasking)
THE ABILITY TO SEE THE WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED WITHOUT DIRECTION.
You MUST be able to

Lift 50 lbs or more.
Operate power tools
Operate Loader
MUST HAVE

Have a VALID Drivers License and be 21 or older

PASS a Background check - No criminal or DUI record

Be a NONSMOKER or V***R

IMPORTANT

UNDERSTAND THAT THE POSITION PAYS ONCE A MONTH.
FULL TIME
MEDICAL STIPEND AFTER 90 DAYS
PAID SICK TIME ACCRUAL

Salary: $13.50 to $14.50 /hour
