I had the pleasure of teaching a Washington State Housing Finance Commission homebuyer education class today in partnership with SNAP and Sahvana Stapleton - Real Estate Agent, Realty One Group Eclipse. We were thrilled to welcome a full house of 40 attendees—so encouraging to see so many future homeowners investing in their education!

The kids and I did the cruise to the North Pole, and it is a great way to get into the Christmas spirit.
