What an incredible first ever East Valley HS Serves Day!

On May 28, the East Valley Action Team, alongside their 9th and 10th grade peers, came together to make a real impact throughout the community.

Students packed an amazing 29,000 meals for Partners INW , completed Sullivan park cleanup project, assembled 100 art supply kits for kids in local hospitals, created 100 Quit Ni****ne kits, and put together 100 Mobius Kids activity kits!

Through teamwork, compassion, and service, these students demonstrated the power of young people making a difference. We are so proud of their dedication to serving others and strengthening our community!
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this day a success. 💙

On the eve of East Valley High School’s Serves Day our Action Team students and volunteers are prepping for what will be the biggest food packing of the year. A scoop of apples, a cup of oats and pinch of cinnamon will go into pouches to provide 40,000 nutritional breakfast meals for our Spokane Valley food insecure neighbors! Our Action Team program provides an opportunity for students to grow and lead through compassion.

Students from Greenacres Middle School and Pasadena Park Elementary came together to make a real impact through food packing, turning compassion into action one meal at a time. 💙
More than just packing food, this is students stepping up, serving others, and choosing to be part of something bigger than themselves. ✨
