Sundays. We love Sundays. ❤️ And honestly, a big part of that is getting to hang out with all of you. Last Sunday we worshiped Jesus, celebrated baptisms, prayed over those taking that step of faith, hung out in the Commons, and opened our Bibles together. Pretty solid way to spend a Sunday.
In Word in the Wild, we talked about building a habit of actually reading the Bible every day—not just owning one, not just knowing where it is. 😏 Spending time in God’s Word. Spending time with Jesus. Making it part of everyday life.
Oh, and something you might not know: we have ASL interpretation at our 11 AM service for our Deaf and hard-of-hearing community.
Anyway, we love Jesus. We love Sundays. We love you.

What is baptism? Why do we do it?
Baptism is an outward expression of an inward reality—Jesus has made you new.
Going under the water represents our old life being buried with Jesus. Coming out of the water represents being raised to new life with Him. It’s a powerful picture of what Jesus has already done in us through His life, death, and resurrection.
And why do we do it? Because Jesus told us to. In Matthew 28:18–19, Jesus calls us to go and make disciples, “baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.”
Baptism is a step of obedience to Jesus and a public declaration that we belong to Him.

It was so good to worship with y’all on Sunday; and to have the choir back! There’s nothing like lifting our voices in corporate worship and celebrating the joy of the Lord.

Groups are back this week!
Groups are more than just finding your people. They’re where we learn from each other, build spiritual habits, and grow in what it looks like to follow Jesus in everyday life.
Someone in our church said it best: “I’ve grown so much more in my daily relationship with Christ through groups than just showing up every Sunday and going home.”
Groups are where it’s at.

After weeks of serving families impacted by the Spokane wildfires, Samaritan’s Purse has wrapped up its deployment in Spokane.
185 work orders completed.
421 volunteers.
10,348 volunteer hours.
21 people said yes to Jesus. ❤️
Volunteers went into our community to sift through ashes, recover treasured belongings, clear properties, pray with families, and walk alongside people who lost so much.
Before leaving, Jamie and the Samaritan’s Purse team presented Life Center with something pretty special—a Bible like the ones they give to homeowners they serve. The volunteers who stayed at Life Center signed it and left messages inside.
We’re so thankful for the partnership, for every orange shirt that called Life Center home for these past several weeks, and for every volunteer who gave their time to love and serve our neighbors.
Samaritan’s Purse may be leaving our campus, but the work of caring for our community continues. Recovery will take time, and we’re committed to being here for the long haul.
