We’re proud to support Capable and the incredible work they’re doing to help families in Northern Uganda make a permanent exit from extreme poverty.
Capable’s 2025 Annual Report shows what durable transformation looks like when economic opportunity, mental health support, agricultural training, business mentorship, and rigorous accountability work together.
This year’s impact includes:
-26,876 individuals served
-155 active cooperatives
-6,041 full-time-equivalent jobs created
-An 844% increase in average daily income for the 2024–2025 cohort
-$32.44 in five-year income generated for every $1 invested
What stands out most is the durability of the model. Capable’s work does not stop at short-term relief. Families build commercial farms, cooperatives become engines of local economic growth, and communities continue creating opportunity long after the initial two-year program ends.
A special thank you to Sean Galaway, Executive Director // Partnerships at Capable, for his leadership, partnership, and continued commitment to this important work.
We’re grateful to play a small role in supporting an organization doing this kind of measurable, community-led work.

AI-powered data access can create real productivity gains, but only when security and governance are built in from the start.
IntelliTect helped a major semiconductor manufacturer create secure MCP server guidelines for connecting SQL Server data to Microsoft Copilot Studio agents. The engagement included reusable .NET templates, governed alternatives to NL2SQL, and security-focused code reviews.

We’ll also walk through how AI tools can help automate data collection, summarize large amounts of information, and support better decision-making without replacing human judgment.
You’ll even get a behind-the-scenes look at how AI-powered agents are built using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio, with examples from real use cases.
