📊 May 2026 Home Sales Report – Spokane Market

The Spokane real estate market continued to shift in May, with fewer closed sales and a lower median price compared to last year. At the same time, inventory and new listings increased, giving buyers more options as we head into summer.

🏡 Here’s what we’re seeing:

• 531 closed sales – down 10.8% compared to May 2025
• Median closed price down 3.3% to $435,000
• Inventory up 15.9% to 4,445 units
• New listings up 3.7% to 1,000
