π May 2026 Home Sales Report β Spokane Market
The Spokane real estate market continued to shift in May, with fewer closed sales and a lower median price compared to last year. At the same time, inventory and new listings increased, giving buyers more options as we head into summer.
π‘ Hereβs what weβre seeing:
β’ 531 closed sales β down 10.8% compared to May 2025
β’ Median closed price down 3.3% to $435,000
β’ Inventory up 15.9% to 4,445 units
β’ New listings up 3.7% to 1,000
