I just realized it's been almost 4 years since my last post. What's my excuse? I've been rocking out, giving it my all, and now I'm @ taking on a bathroom remodel. Today was demo day! Just given er! This video is very anti climatic... wanted to really hit them but we had to carefully remove the glass block because we had some old delicate plumbing exposed. Even with the softness I still cut my hand pretty good. That was of coarse after my sledge hammer air guitar solo... 🎸

Here are some before and after pictures of a kicthen remodel we completed this winter. The picture being taken from the same angle really shows the transformation. I am very pleased and proud of the work.

Davenport custom progress. Things are taking shape!!!

Happy new year!! Here are some progress pictures of the Davenport custom. We are all complete on siding, roofing, exterior painting, drywall, and painting.. we will be doing some really awesome unique finishes in this home. I just love this part of construction!!! Getting creative and crafting some unique features in a beautiful home.

Davenport custom progress. The garage slabs have been poured and the roof framing is taking great shape... we have a large timber frame to build on the front of this home. It should be fun!!!

Hello these pictures are from a home we are building neer the town of Davenport. We have most of the walls framed and will receive trusses on Wednesday. it has been a fun, but a warm one!!!

These pictures are from the 16 x 24 addition that we built in north Spokane. This was a very enjoyable project. I am very proud of the finished product!

Hello. These pictures are from a 24 x 16 addition we are building in North Spokane. We set up the footings and walls together and poured them monolithic. Big thanks to Jim Cofield of Northern Forms for allowing us to use his forms!!

These photos are from a great customer of mine and even better friends. We completed the work in stages. Starting with the kicthen and the wood flooring. Then we did the master bath with the walk in shower. We also finished thier basement. Beautiful home!
