Final touches. Glass door out to new patio and adding steps etc. This was a huge project. Happy I can see the finish line :)

Shane is an excellent contractor and an even better person. I found him on craigslist and I am lucky I did. Honest as the day is long. Strives to do the best work. Detailed and quality. Shows up when he says, does what he says he will do. When he is on your clock, he works hard and strives to be very efficient. Please call him, you won't be disappointed. Shane is amazing! He removed a doggie door and filled the hole so seamless it's as if it were never there. He has also replaced and painted a trim board on the (top floor) exterior of our house, secured a balcony railing and fixed a lock on a French door inside our home. Shane is unbelievably versatile, incredibly talented, is always on-time, very friendly and is a consummate professional. We'll continue to use him for any/all of our handyman needs. Feel very lucky to have found him!

I consider myself very lucky to have found Shane, I needed some drywall repair work completed and it is one job I just don't love and am pretty bad at it too boot.
Shane spent some time thinking about the best most economical way to do the job. He even tested his ideas to first.
Once we decided on the method he was going to try he started work and did so quickly and with a great attention to detail. He was careful to use plastic to keep dust a debris down to a minimum (drywall is ALWAYS a dirty job).

Hi Shane, I hope all is well. This is Ken Wright, you did that really great ceiling and wall repairs for me after I had removed all the popcorn. About a year and a half ago. I just wanted to thank you again for a great job. Now we finished the remodel a couple weeks after you finished all that, and we really enjoyed living in the home and especially this time of year with having the new gas fireplace upstairs and the wood-burning downstairs. We also unfortunately had to hold a funeral gathering for my brother who died last year and it was nice to have a place for everybody to gather that was a little more finished than the old nasty house we had prior. So I hope you have a good Christmas and all is well.Again, thank you so much for doing a great job and I know you took some extra time to make sure it was done well. Thank you thank you thank you.

2 deck next store to each other decks were about 20 years old and werent salvageable. I tore it down and rebuilt it. Now it's super strong and funtionable again. :) customer is excited about having bar b ques and people over again. This was late October. 23 degrees unfortunantly they're going to have to wait till spring to party. They said they would do the painting of the trim on the new deck to match the house. To cold for painting right now. 🥶 I forgot to take a picture after I picked up all my debris.

I have been doing drywall finish work for a lot of years. Tape - mud - sanding and different textures.. I can do Level 5 finish - a beautiful orange peel or a knockdown finish. If you need a flawless drywall repair due to water damage etc, I'm that guy to get it done.

Sometimes in this climate - stuff just falls apart. I enjoy rebuilding stuff like this :)

Long lake dock repair. New steps. Dock repair and concrete supports. It's important down by the water to use all pressure treated lumber and stainless steel screws. This deck was falling apart and need of some repairs on a budget.

Installing doors and adding trim and baseboards is always really gratifying. You can see I use the laser to get the doors perfectly level. In this case the customer chose to have me install 12 doors. They chose to have the door trim with a slight overhang on top. 5 inch baseboards beautifully installed. If you going to spend this much on new doors and trim- it's worth it to have someone install it correctly and they way you want. 😀
