We were fortunate to get a pad poured that will soon have a shop built over it, and we’ve also been busy preparing for several upcoming projects. The team even put in extra time over the weekend to stay ahead because this season is shaping up to be a busy one.

It was a beautiful day to be out working, and our crew made the most of it by completing this flatwork project. This concrete pad was installed to support a small steel structure, with a surrounding sidewalk to provide clean access and a finished look.

Our team did an excellent job delivering a high-quality result, and we’re proud to have another satisfied customer—who has already trusted us with additional work.

Progress update:
The floor has been fully patched and prepped, the base coat is down, as well as the flake. After reclaiming/scraping and applying the topcoat, this project will be complete.

I ordered materials in bulk and have enough left to take on additional floors. I also have availability for multiple smaller rooms.

Prepping this basement floor for a customer looking to have his basement waterproofed. These floors are great in basements, it’s a one time floor and withstands all types of wear and tear and holds up great!
This floor is going to have a domino 1/4 flake. There are many styles to choose from.
