At this morning's All-Campus Meeting, 9 teams took on the challenge of designing the ultimate WorkSource team! From creative team names and inspiring mottos to thoughtful discussions about improving the customer experience and strengthening workplace relationships, the room was full of energy and great ideas.

The activity reminded us that our greatest strength is our people. When we collaborate, share perspectives, and focus on continuous improvement, we create a better experience for both our customers and each other.
