Even after being with the company for 5 years, Zach still continues to make improvements every day. He embodies our core value of running towards the danger to create solutions, and is known to jump in anywhere he is needed. Recently he's been extremely helpful towards shipping our batteries safely and efficiently. The past 5 years have shown just how valuable he is and we know he will continue to be a great asset to our team.

This week's Builder of the Week is Will! Will is one of our most well-rounded builders—his fanatical attention to detail and commitment to our standards are evident in every battery he works on. Over the past 7 months, he’s made a truly positive impact on the team, and we’re grateful to have him around.

Throughout the past couple weeks, Cameron has been on a tear building batteries. Despite only being here 3 months, Cameron has become one of our quickest builders, Never afraid to learn new things, he can be found anywhere but sticks to assembling our batteries the most. Always interested in a good joke, at his expense or not, he is one of the most entertaining people to talk to, and is truly a valuable asset to our team.

Although he is one of our newest builders, Jaedon has far exceeded expectations, and is renowned for his fanatical attention to detail. He enjoys building batteries the most, perfecting wires while blasting 2hollis. Although he tends to keep to himself, he always gives a good conversation and is subtly funny, and the past 3 months have shown him to be a great addition to the team.

Hot off a trip from Mexico, the Silver Fox has been extra determined, embodying our core value of persisting when things get hard. The permanent smile adds to his allure, cracking jokes and trying to keep up with youth trends. As an amatuer guitarist, Keven is truly the entire package and a great addition to our team, where he is second lead in our battery finishing department. He takes every opportunity to help others and is well liked by his coworkers.
