Not me! Which is probably why this is my job. One at a time I sorted and categorized each item and finished in 6 minutes (I timed myself).

I waited until the end of this garage day to tackle boxes like this because, by the end, many of these items had a home! And with client permission, the trash was my friend. No more "miscellaneous" category here!

Cannot believe I almost missed the before photo in my most recent room transformation!

Yes, this space needed some organization but I immediately saw the potential for a more uplifting and inviting space. We kept it budget friendly (it's amazing what a fresh coat of paint will do) and made some furniture adjustments (feng shui approved desk placement). Then we used Facebook marketplace and filled in the gaps with a Target and Goodwill run for a few missing pieces.

With a little big of planning it went from photo 1 to the afters in ONE DAY! (And don't worry, the husband promised me he would tidy the cords after we moved the whole work station.)

Pro tip: always make sure your curtains are dusting or lightly puddling on the floor. (I wasn't there during curtain rod install so I'll adjust them next time 😄)

COLLAB ALERT! I worked on this big 3 car garage with the wonderful Wendy of BreathingRooms last week. We put in some serious work to reset this space in ONE day.

I'll do a followup post once I finish with one more pass before winter. This family will be able to park ALL their vehicles in the garage for the first time since moving here (this includes kids cars, scooters, bikes and wagons too😆).

The last photos show the final bay of the garage, ready for junk hauler who came the day after we finished.

In 2 hours I can finish what you've put off for 2 years!

Step 1 for this office was strictly to get out of boxes! Everything is visible for my client to now live in the space for a while before we optimize with organizing product.

We completely shuffled this bathroom around to improve the daily flow.

Hair products were in multiple "zones" so we made the entire right side and lower bank of drawers (not pictured) the hair side. This put all the cleansers, makeup and skincare closer to the sink which made more sense for how my client worked in the space.
