There are some things you can’t fully explain until you feel them.

The presence of a horse is one of them.

I am so excited to begin sharing Equine Energy Sessions because this work is rooted in something I have known in my body for a long time: horses hold a kind of grounded, honest presence that is hard to find anywhere else.

They do not need the perfect words from us.
They do not need us to perform.
They simply meet what is there.

To be near a horse while moving energy, releasing what has been heavy, or reconnecting with yourself can be such a powerful experience. Not because the horse is doing something for you, but because their presence invites you back into something real.

A slower breath.
A softer body.
A deeper listening.
A remembrance of what your body already knows.

These sessions are 90 minutes and are held with energy work, grounded presence, and the support of a horse who is free to simply be. Just as you are.

I am truly so honored to share this love, this connection, and this offering with you.

My first 10 Equine Energy Sessions are available at the introductory rate of $133 and they are going fast. After that, sessions will be $173.

One thing we keep coming back to lately is how much people are craving real connection.

Not just more places to go or more things to do, but spaces where they can actually exhale. Spaces where conversation can unfold naturally. Spaces where creativity is not about being “good” at something, but about allowing ourselves to be present with one another.

That is why we created The Making Space.

A monthly gathering where we come together to create with our hands, connect through conversation, and step outside the boxes we have been taught to live inside of. A space where depth is welcome. Curiosity is encouraged. Creativity is shared. Presence is practiced.

There is something powerful that happens when people create alongside one another. The walls come down a little. The pressure softens. We stop trying so hard to “get it right” and begin listening more closely to ourselves and each other.

This month’s theme is: Mending.

Bring something to mend if you’d like, or simply bring a creative project that is calling to you. Throughout the evening we will weave in gentle prompts and conversation around repair, care, restoration, and the things in life that deserve our attention.
