We are looking for someone passionate and willing to learn; experience or not. If you are enthusiastic to learn about the hard work that goes into making sushi, we want to hear from you! Cutting, rolling, and presentation are only a few of the skills needed for this position. Memorization is key - expect a high learning curve. Please be willing to work in a somewhat small space with others, and be able to demonstrate courtesy and respect for your peers. Hi Everybody! Just to let you know we will be closed to spend time with our families on Thanksgiving, this Thursday. We will be open normal hours Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afterwards. Have an excellent holiday!
