Utilizing years of for-profit and nonprofit management and fundraising experience, I will strategize and conspire with your organization in an effective approach for achievement of your goals. A Master's degree in Organizational Management coupled with a CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) designation allows me to offer each organization top notch ideas that will transform your workplace and our world. In my 30 years in the workforce I have fulfilled many roles that allow a keen insight into the unique atmosphere of a nonprofit. My experiences include: Planned Giving with The Salvation Army: Capital Campaign Director for the Phoenix Rescue Mission; Managing Fundraising for Conservative Political Groups; Director of Development for a private school: Major Donor Relations for the KLOVE & Air 1 Foundation; Jr. High Administrator for a private school; Director of Personnel and Training for a services company: Trainer and Administrator for a state-run program; and a variety of sales and marketing positions for television and radio as well as retail businesses.
