Because of your incredible support, Compassion Catering has been blessed with one of our busiest seasons yet. Every wedding, corporate event, private dinner, and celebration you’ve trusted us with has helped our small business grow, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

📅 We are now accepting bookings for 2027!

If you have a wedding, holiday party, fundraiser, corporate event, birthday, or special celebration on the horizon, don’t wait to reserve your date. We strongly recommend reaching out as soon as you know your event date.

While we always try our best to accommodate last-minute requests, our weekends are filling up months in advance, and same-month bookings have become very limited. Weekday events may have a little more flexibility.

We had the absolute honor of catering the Bell Tower Music Festival at Zephyr Lodge in Liberty Lake, Washington and we are still blown away by this experience. 🥹✨ For three days, we provided full-service catering for the bands and guests staying at the lodge, including breakfast from 6–11 AM, dinner from 6–9 PM, and a coffee bar available 24/7. ☕️🍳🍽️ We met incredible people from Canada, Seattle, and beyond, and had so much fun creating fresh, scratch-made food while accommodating a variety of dietary needs. One of our favorite moments was when guests needed vegetarian burger patties. We were able to use our Cajun black bean mixture to create a vegetarian burger on the spot! 🌱🍔 It was such a perfect reminder of why we love what we do being flexible, creative, and making sure everyone has something delicious to enjoy. There is something so special about bringing thoughtful, scratch-made food into the woods and creating a memorable experience for guests. 🤍 We are so grateful to Zephyr Lodge and everyone who made this event so special. We are also excited to officially add full-service lodge, retreat, and festival catering to our repertoire! A little over a year ago, our pastry chef made the exciting decision to leave and pursue college. While we were so happy for her, finding the right fit to continue providing beautiful desserts for our clients felt nearly impossible. Then we found Made With Love Bakery, located at 2023 N Dean St, Spokane, WA, and it turned out to be one of the best partnerships we’ve ever made.

Made With Love Bakery creates many of the desserts and specialty cakes for our events, including gluten-free, vegan, and allergy-friendly options that align perfectly with our mission at Compassion Catering. Their commitment to quality, inclusivity, and incredible flavor mirrors everything we strive to provide for our clients.

I can’t say enough about how much I enjoy working with Tomorrow and her team. Her creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail have made every event better, and this partnership continues to grow stronger with every celebration.

This stunning three-tier graduation cake is one of the many masterpieces she has created. The cake featured a rich Chocolate Lavender layer paired with a bright Lemon Blueberry layer, customized specifically to the client’s vision. The graduation masquerade theme was unique, elegant, and absolutely beautiful.

This event took place at the amazing Boxcar Room , one of our favorite venues to work in. From the incredible menu selections to the beautiful décor and wonderful guests, the entire evening was unforgettable.

A huge thank you to Boxcar Room for hosting such a fantastic event and an even bigger shout-out to Tomorrow and Made With Love Bakery for helping bring our client’s vision to life. We had so much fun celebrating this special milestone, and we’re grateful for partnerships like these that make what we do possible.
