It's an exciting meeting at the Browne's Addition Neighborhood Council meeting. We are talking about ideas for new playground and restroom at Coeur D'Alene Park that will be built next year thanks to voters supporting Together Spokane!
Thank you to everyone who has reached out to encourage me for state representative. After lots of thought, I've decided to not run.
Although we've made a lot of progress at the city, there is still so much more to do, especially when it comes to affordability and making sure working families have a fair shot to get ahead.
I'm all-in to focus on the local level. I look forward to new opportunities to step up to lead in the coming years.
Right now we also need unity. With the Trump Administration threatening our checks and balances and driving up costs, this isn't the time for a divided primary. We need to focus on improving the lives of working families here in Spokane.
Thanks why I'm proud to support my friend Luc Jasmin For State Representative. Check him out and follow him!
I look forward to working with Luc to move Spokane forward!

This is a big day for our state! But the work isn't done. There's still more to do to ensure tax fairness!
A big win for fairness and for our future! 💵💵💵
Washington State just took a major step forward by passing the millionaire's tax—making sure the wealthiest pay their fair share while investing in stronger schools, healthier communities, and giving everyone a fair shot.
Progress looks like bold, people-first policy that puts working families first.
Let’s keep going.
Thanks to Governor Ferguson, the Washington Legislature, and our Reps, Sen. Marcus Riccelli, Rep. Natasha Hill and Timm Ormsby for getting this done for our working families.
Civic Power of Change is the real deal! Their volunteers help power local progressive candidates like me - for free! Check them out and support them!

Worker strong ✊
Last night our President San Gilbrech and Treasurer Corey Duncan taught our first PAL training here at Local 73. It was a great turnout, and our instructors did an excellent job teaching the class. We would like to extend a special thank you for the members who attended and to Council Member Zack Zappone for taking the time to come by and address the class about the importance of local wins in politics.
Each member who attended received an exclusive "Plugged in Member" T-shirt and got their names entered into the drawings for the end of year prizes.
Next PAL training is April 22nd at 5pm, be sure to RSVP to claim your shirt!

Thank you to Troop 258 for inviting me to come talk about how our government works! We had a lively debate about pizza or ice cream for lunch every day!

I'm grateful to our legislators for making our tax system more fair! This is a huge accomplishment - and there's still more work to do!
If you're reading this, you pay more of your income in taxes than any Washington millionaire.💸💸💸
I'm impressed that our legislature has passed the 'Millionaire Tax' to make our tax system more fair for working and middle class families across our state.
Sales taxes are regressive and put the largest tax burden on folks making the least in our communities. We all share the amazing benefits of this state, it's about time we ask those making the most to pay their fair share.

I met Paul today walking outside. It was the first time in years that he's been to City Hall. He came to get a free residential light and yard sign to slow cars. You can still get a light at the link below and pick up a sign! It's awesome seeing the impact of my votes to support these programs!

It's great seeing people show up week after week after week to protest the federal overreach. I'm proud that my district is home to the weekly protests. What we see happening around the country and locally is wrong. These protests keep putting pressure on our federal officials. Keep it up!
