I had the honor of attending the Therapy Fund Foundation’s Reclaiming Wellness Conference in Renton, Washington. The venue was beautiful, the conversations were meaningful, and the energy in the room was truly powerful.

There is something deeply special about witnessing Black people come together to heal, learn, connect, and reclaim wellness for ourselves and our communities. I’m grateful to have shared space with so many passionate advocates, healers, leaders, and community members committed to creating change. 🖤✨
