Bathroom ceiling fan decided it wanted to be a fire starter 🎶🔥… thankfully the fire department stepped in with some ‘creative demo work.’ Allowing us to turn this Whitworth classic into a brand-new bathroom oasis!

Such a fun kitchen remodel we got to do on the South Hill! We really opened up the space by taking back the entry wall and removing the header. The wall between the kitchen and dining room had made everything feel a bit closed off and disconnected, so taking it out completely changed the flow of the main floor. The end result is a much more open, cohesive layout that feels just right for this home!

Thank you I was actually shocked the first time it happened and even more humbled this time around. It’s a reminder that the work I get to do every day is only possible because of amazing people who’ve trusted me with their homes.

This last fall I wrapped up one of the most enjoyable deck projects! I not only replaced the existing deck, but also added a lower deck to expand the entertainment area. One of the challenges was figuring out how to heat the deck surface to ensure it remains slip-free, meeting the customer’s specific requests. The lower deck had to be free-standing and able to support a hot tub load. Expanding the deck from 10 feet to over 36 feet away from the house while keeping it square was a fun challenge, but seeing it all come together was incredibly satisfying!
