🧼 Why I Don’t Use Bleach During Cleanings
many people assume bleach is the best cleaner, but I choose to use other professional cleaning products for several reasons:
✔️ bleach disinfects, but it doesn’t always clean. It may kill germs, but it doesn’t effectively remove dirt, grease, soap scum, or buildup on its own.
✔️ safer for surfaces. bleach can damage or discolor certain materials, including fabrics, grout, wood, and some countertops.
✔️ less harsh fumes. many clients prefer cleaning products with milder scents and fewer irritating fumes, especially in homes with children, pets, or individuals with sensitivities.
✔️ targeted cleaning. I use products specifically designed for each surface and type of buildup, which often provides better cleaning results than bleach alone.
✔️ avoids dangerous chemical reactions. bleach can create toxic fumes when mixed with certain cleaners, so using alternative products helps reduce that risk.
my goal is to leave your home clean, fresh, and well-maintained while using products that are effective for the specific cleaning task at hand. ✨🏡
but also yes there are occasions where i do use it but not often!!

🛁 how often should you clean your bathtub?
* light cleaning: once a week to prevent soap scum, body oils, and grime from building up.
* deep cleaning: every 2–4 weeks, depending on how often the tub is used.
* after each use: a quick rinse and wiping down excess water can help reduce soap scum, mildew, and hard water stains.
regular bathtub cleaning helps:
✅ prevent mold and mildew growth
✅ reduce soap scum buildup
✅ keep your bathroom smelling fresh
✅ extend the life of your tub’s finish
✅ create a cleaner bathing environment

staircases are what kill me 😅
but…
staircases are one of the most frequently used areas in a home & missed in cleaning routines often; collecting dust, dirt, pet hair, and germs every day. regular cleaning not only keeps them looking great but also helps prevent slips and falls, improves air quality, and protects your flooring from unnecessary wear and tear.

everyone thinks move out cleans should cost LESS because the house is empty…
but move out cleans are actually some of the MOST labor intensive cleans we do.
an empty house means:
you see EVERYTHING.
Every baseboard.
Every fingerprint on doors.
Every dusty vent.
Every cabinet crumb.
Every drip behind the toilet.
Every grease spot inside the oven.
Every mark on the walls.
Every track.
Every shelf.
Every corner.
there’s nowhere for dirt to hide when the house is empty.
and unlike maintenance cleans, we’re not just “cleaning around life.”
we’re trying to reset the entire home for the next person walking through the door.
that’s why move out cleans are priced differently.
includes:
✔️ Ovens
✔️ Fridges
✔️ Cabinets
✔️ Closets
✔️ Baseboards
✔️ Interior windows

every week or two weeks depending on my schedule for cleanings. i deep clean my vacuum 🫧
here’s why regular vacuum cleaning matters:
-Better suction power — Hair, dust, and debris clog filters, hoses, and brushes, making the vacuum weaker over time.
-Helps air quality — Dirty filters can blow dust, allergens, and pet dander back into the air.
-Prevents bad smells — Built-up dirt, pet hair, and moisture inside the vacuum can create musty or sour odors.
-Makes your vacuum last longer — A clogged motor has to work harder, which can cause overheating and shorten the vacuum’s lifespan.
-Keeps floors cleaner — Clean brush rolls and filters pick up dirt more effectively.
-Reduces bacteria and mold buildup — Especially if you vacuum food crumbs, pet messes, or damp debris.
