Our focaccia is packed with the perfect balance of dried rosemary, basil, parsley and thyme!

Shout out to .cafe - one of our new wholesale customers! 👏 They recently opened up, located inside the Spokane County Courthouse.

We tried the Spicy Shrimp sandwich with House made gochujang aioli, shrimp salad, smoked chili peppers, frisée, on an Alpine Bakery brioche bun.

Meet Olton (or as we call him, ‘O’)—our delivery pro since 2017 and a true morning person! ☀️

When he’s not out delivering, you might catch him at his favorite spot, , or talking up our cinnamon swirl bread (ideal for French toast, by the way😙). Besides being an all-star on the team, Olton’s got a knack for comedy and loves making people laugh—he’s even done stand-up! Here’s to more early mornings, great company, and maybe a few laughs along the way. Cheers to you, O! 👏
