Our EBLC — Enriched Beginnings Learning Curriculum is thoughtfully designed for each age group by our dedicated Curriculum Coordinator, with activities intentionally planned to support development through hands-on, meaningful learning experiences.
This week’s theme was The 5 Senses! 👀👂👃✋👅

Across our classrooms, children explored sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell through age-appropriate activities that encouraged curiosity, language development, fine motor skills, problem-solving, and discovery.

We’re so excited to start sharing Curriculum Friday each week and give our families and community a closer look at the learning happening inside our classrooms.

At EBLC, we’re more than childcare. We’re intentional about how children learn, grow, explore, and build the foundations they’ll carry with them for years to come. 💛

🍃✨ NORTH TOWN’S VERY FIRST SPOTLIGHT MOMENT! ✨🍂

We are so excited to share our very first North Town spotlight! 💛

Our little explorers headed outside to investigate leaves and helicopter seeds—tossing them into the air, watching them twirl and float, and comparing their different shapes, sizes, and colors.

Through this simple outdoor activity, our preschoolers practiced observation, sorting, fine motor skills, and early science concepts while enjoying the sunshine. 🍃

Today we get to celebrate the person who started it all.

What began as a vision has grown into something so much bigger — multiple centers, an incredible team, and a community of children and families who are impacted every single day because Jaci had the courage to take that first step.

Jaci, your heart, determination, and passion for creating something special for children, families, and educators are woven into everything EBLC is today.

On a personal note, I am incredibly grateful that this journey brought us together and that I get to stand beside you as your business partner. Building EBLC together, navigating all of the highs and lows, and watching this vision continue to grow is something I will always be thankful for.

🕷️✨ SOUTH HILL SPOTLIGHT MOMENT! ✨🕷️

It all started with finding a spider web outside… and quickly turned into a whole new learning adventure!

Our Pre-K friends were so interested in what they discovered that we followed their curiosity back into the classroom. They read about spiders, explored how webs work, created their own spider webs, and made spider booklets and crafts to keep the learning going.

What began as one little outdoor discovery became an opportunity for reading, creativity, conversation, fine motor practice, and hands-on exploration. 💛

We love moments like this—when our kiddos’ natural curiosity leads the way and turns everyday experiences into meaningful learning.

Curiosity really does lead to big discoveries! 🕸️📚✂️

Block building is more than just creating towers—it’s a hands-on way for children to explore early math concepts! As they build, children practice counting, comparing sizes, recognizing shapes, exploring patterns, measuring, and developing spatial awareness and problem-solving skills.

From “How many blocks do I need?” to “How can I make my tower taller?”—every block is an opportunity to think, explore, and build a strong foundation for mathematical learning! 💛
