Lesson Two from Under the Umbrella. I can't tell you how many times I have lost my passwords. Take some time and write out all your accounts, security questions and passwords. Note what phone and email these accounts are attached too. Then put them in a small book, then put the book in a fireproof box or safety deposit box for you heirs or the person that is handling your estate. Couple hours of work will save them weeks of cleaning up your mess. Extra Tip, open a joint email with your heir/estate manager. To put in as a back up email in as many places as possible. Hello Everyone, how have you been? For me these last couple of years sure have taught me a lot. I thought I would share some of these hard learned lessons, and I'm calling them "Under the Umbrella talks" LESSON #1 Contact anybody who's care and/or death is going to fall on you to clean up and settle estates! Life can be messy, but I promise death gets messier. Then contact their insurance agent with them, so at the very least the agent recognizes you as someone they can talk to. If they can add you to their account as a decision maker, extra points! Lesson one, if it taken to heart now, will save you so much heart ache in the future. Chris
