McKinstry Expands Offsite Manufacturing with New Factory in Spokane McKinstry recently opened a new offsite manufacturing (OSM) facility in Spokane, Washington.

You know those bright yellow wasp and fly traps you get at your local hardware store all over the place that say RESCUE? Well they are made right here in Spokane Valley by Sterling International! What a great company to work with on their new office renovation. Phase 1 of 2 was just completed at the Industrial Park.

Congratulations to Panattoni Development Company, Inc. and the newly completed build out for a potential client at their new tilt in Spokane Valley. The new 3,500sf office space and 100,000sf warehouse will be available any time! Thanks for the great partnership!

Little City sidewalk today while wrapping up the landscaping and parking lot for the new 1023 N Monroe site development project.

First footing pour for the new Anna Schindler Foundation phase 2. This project will house up to 4 families and their little angles while they go through Pediatric Cancer Treatment at Sacred Heart Children’s.

Congratulations to Therm-All and the completion of their new office and warehouse build out in Post Falls. All new TI with multiple offices and bathrooms along with break room and reception area. The warehouse was split by a 40’x225’ demising wall, electrical for equipment needs, dock levelers and Insualtion.
