You heard that right, I’m selling digital copies of all my Botanical Bites Recipes.

Including- Cookies, Scones, Brownies, Breads, Pies, Cupcake/Cake, Poptarts, Chz Cake, Cinnamon Rolls, Sauces/Condiments, Seasonings Etc!! Also includes multiple recipes I learned from the online Vegan Culinary Program I completed.

The Chz sauce I used for the Mac & Chz Bites recipe will also be in this sale!

They are all in Grams so you will need a food scale to properly bake and cook these recipes- this is the most accurate way to measure out my recipes and the only way I ever wrote them!

They’re not fancy looking, but they’re exactly what I used in the business to make all the treats and eats you all love! (Preview of what the recipe cards look like is attached below!)

Just over 30 recipes and I’m asking $30 for all of them! They will be sent via Email.

Payment will be taken via Venmo or Apple Pay! If you don’t have those but would like to purchase- we can always meet in person and do cash.

Hi everyone! I’m trying to part ways with my pick up box. It would be great for another cottage home bakery, free library/pantry, farm stand for selling eggs and so on!

This is a custom built structure that was made to be used as an order pick up box for a cottage home bakery.

The structure is almost fully finished- just needing door handles and paint around door frame. It is insulated and has ventilation vents installed. One side has the ability to have shelving (shelves included) and the other side fits a mini beverage fridge- or you could add more shelves. The doors are plexiglass- not actual glass.

The structure screws into the frame, and is very heavy! Took I believe 5 guys to move it with ease. 2-3 can move it with a little harder of a time. Over $800 of materials put into it. Asking $600 obo. You must pick up and have help to move it- we will help as well. Located in the Valley near Sullivan and 24th.

Hi everyone..it’s been a long time and I apologize for that, but I’m finally here to make a statement in regard to Botanical Bites. Kind of an informal thank you and goodbye from me- Sam.

Yes, I am closed for good this time. No comeback in the future again like last time. I absolutely love to cook, bake, and make things that people can’t even believe are vegan. I love the small business community in Spokane. I have loved serving you all and being a part of your family celebrations through baked goods. But my lifestyle/schedule and health issues make running a business solo a very hard challenge for me that maybe I’m just not cut out for, and that’s okay! I feel that what’s important is that you tried, even against all odds.

With that being said: I will be posting some things/equiptment for sale on this page that was used in my commercial baking space.

I also will be doing a “goodbye sale” of all my recipes together in digital form. These recipes are written in grams. Please message me if interested, i will also be making a detailed post about it this week.

Lastly thank you. Thank you for your support, dedication, understanding, and kindness. Some of you really have been such rock solid supporters from day one and your validation of my passion being worth something was an incredible feeling.

Hi everyone! I posted on my social media stories but in case you didn’t see- tonight I am not on the schedule for Spokane Valley Farmers Market. July 5th and August 9th are the two I did not book for the season due to family events. Thank you all and see you next week! 🫶

I have a true 2 door freezer and a true 2 door refrigerator for sale (fridge is glass doors and older model but a workhorse!). Nothing wrong with them, they work amazing- just don’t have the space to use them anymore! Message me for more pics and information. Located in Spokane valley, delivery available for extra fee!

Life of a small business owner…

I went to reorder the organic vegan wholesale chocolate I use in pretty much every item I make containing chocolate and was hit with a HUGE sticker shock.

A price jump from $65 per box to $125 per box within 4 months is honesty insane. There are some things going on in regards to cocoa in the world right now, so I get it but double the price is hard to grasp. Trying to pivot but I have only really used this brand of vegan chocolate for the last 4 years.

There’s no way of telling if the other brands will hold up as well in the recipes I have, and I’m devastated about this!

Some items may not be available for the foreseeable future until I find an affordable replacement with the same quality or will have to raise prices yet again to continue to purchase this brand- which I don’t want to do.

If anyone has recommendations for vegan chocolate brands they enjoy baking with, please let me know. 🤞😅
