A very common but not commonly talked about issue for delivery drivers is where to find bathroom access when on a route.

COVID only added to an already stressful issue. The few places that did allow access no longer do. Commercial fuel stations might have a port-a-potty but most do not. Residential and rural areas present their own issues as well.

For truckers and local drivers going to the bathroom should not be a stress of the job yet every day, drivers have to work around this issue.

No easy solution but we genuinely thank the businesses that do allow access.

Can I use the bathroom? The answer for truckers is often ‘No’ A lack of restroom access for drivers still plagues the trucking industry.

Think FedEx Ground is just regular-size packages? We see it all! Envelopes to furniture to tires, to full-on weight sets. Some days it feels like every person on a top-floor apt building gets a 50 # chewy box. 🐕

To help offset these sizes we use vans for "smalls" and trucks like these for "bulk stops" so the step vans can knock out the rest. So! Welcome to the team #14184. We're kinda sweet on you.

Helping transport new step vans across the country ! Felt like a real trucker for a minute parking near the big rigs. Looked to my right tho and wow… now that is the real deal and that driver gets all the props! 🙌🚚

Treats are in, and the team is pretty divided on what they think. Treats are only to be given to an adult in charge of the dog. This is probably better suited for when you know your customer well. Some think these are awsome, others say we will be sued the second a dog chokes on a wrapper. 🤔
