Great alternative to plastic bubble wrap when shipping packages! I found it at Target, and I don't remember exactly the cost but it was affordable. One Box has 10 yards. I'm using this with breakable gifts, and cushion for all the main boxes. Scotch Cushion Lock Protective Wrap is my new fav!

I really like this option! These are made of bamboo and will fit wide mouth and regular size jars. I'll be ordering these for use with the shampoo and conditioner Mason jars in my shower. No rust!

Greenwashing is the process of conveying a false impression or providing misleading information about how a company's products are more environmentally sound. ... Greenwashing is a play on the term "whitewashing," which means using misleading information to gloss over bad behavior.
Greenwashing is a marketing ploy and a lie. We need more laws like this.

Good news! The ubiquitous chasing arrows symbol serves as a marketing ploy to keep consumers consuming. Imprinted on plastics, that number surrounded by the triangular arrows indicates the type of resin that goes into plastic. It does not indicate that the plastic will actually be recycled. This marketing ploy convinces the public that what goes into the recycling bin will become a new product on the other side. But we know that less than 10 percent of plastic are recycled in the US. I’m getting to the good news part. Honest… This week, the California Assembly and Senate passed a bill that will ban companies from imprinting the chasing arrows recycling symbol onto products and packaging if they cannot prove that the materials are actually recycled. The bill now awaits Governor Newsom’s signature.
