Alex is off in Arkansas learning all about being a farrier and making shoes. We are eagerly waiting for him to get home and show us what he has learned.

At least we are getting some snow this year so next summer won't be as dry as last. Snowy days. Horses are happy and so are the other kritters. I am excited I can see the change in the light. Out days are slowly getting longer!!!! Yay Very much ready for signs of spring. We will be having a wedding here in June and have some new ideas in the planning stage. Looking forward to a good year.

Fall is finally upon us. It is 23 degrees out this morning and frosty. I do think that we may fall straight into winter though. It will the longest summer i can remember. Started in April and went through October!

Cattle sorting start up this weekend. Should be great fun sorting cattle with our ponies and great food afterward. Come on out and have some fun. Runs through the month of October! Buckles and money prizes!
