Apis Restaurant and Apiary is a chef-centered concept restaurant, based on the emblem of the honeybee and its bounty, as well as the sustainable cycle of the ecologically critical bee. The Spicewood establishment will offer rustically elegant, Hill-Country gourmet cuisine created by Chef Taylor Hall. We will feature globally-inspired dishes using classic techniques with local and seasonal ingredients.
