We recently completed a stucco repair project in Anderson, South Carolina, addressing cracking caused by house settling after the property was lifted and leveled. Our team repaired the stucco on the crawlspace blocks surrounding the home.

We take great pride in our attention to detail and specialized process. Unlike many contractors, we apply a liquid moisture barrier as a primer to ensure the base coat properly bonds to existing painted surfaces. We also recommend and use fiberglass mesh to ensure a longer-lasting repair.

We recently completed a synthetic stucco repair project in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

While issues like this are often attributed to EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) failures, our inspection confirmed the damage was caused by the window located above the door. The window was leaking water behind the synthetic stucco, which eventually led to wood rot. Had the windows been properly maintained and sealed by the previous owner, this issue could have been avoided.
