I will forever love the term: infinite return.
When we can find infite return anywhere in busienss, we’re going to be just fine. Why?
Infinite return looks different for everyone. For me I call when I either invest nothing or very little upfront.
These two items were $0 investment for my business since the people moving decided when they left, they were leaving anything that didn’t sell at the moving sale. They said, “come on back at x time, that’s when we’re leaving.”
I did and I’m still selling items from their leftovers. I also almost tossed both of these items because really, who wants an old tyelonol box and fun pads? I tried it anyway and now they’re going on to new homes and once again, my company pulled infinite return profit to turn into more.
Don’t forget the power and value of little to nothing. Call it bread and butter -whatever it is, find it and do it up. 🔥

As I plan ahead in the coming quarters to finish out 2023…I remind myself that a core of CCS is .
Taking time to show care as we prepare items or services for our clients presents genuineness and fosters longevity.

Finding motivation in anything is important.
In the sales & negotiation life, that is no different. If anything, developing my sales skills further has only deepened my appreciation for this quality so much.
For a company to truly be successful, it can’t stop.
How do you not slow down or stop when you’re tired?
Or how do you not slow down or stop when it is a great quarter and there’s this internal, or even external input to let off the gas a little?
Motivation. Figure out your why. Drive yourself. Control yourself. Find that rhythm and don’t go slower than you already are, even when you’re seeing those relationships and deals grow. 💚

I was really fortunate to be able to go to a community garage sale in the Reno area today!
Despite the weather, I was able to have a lot of fun, find some interesting items to sell and meet new people!

In my sales and negotiating career I have had to learn how to qualify & disqualify better!
I’ve learned to recognize that I prefer 10 solid potential clients than 200 improperly managed leads.
I close more deals and enjoy the clients that I work with more & more as I develop this skill. I hope you do too. đź’ś

Part of the purpose of these videos is showing others how to get started with little or nothing. Flipping is not always easy however it if can be!
I have seen others flip items simply to clean up clutter and others that use it to fund other projects.
Today I went to 2 garage sales & a goodwill outlet store. I found a variety of vintage books, a vintage scrabble game, some great Star Wars clothes, a nice gap purse and a bunch of other items.

To truly succeed at sales day in and day out, whether you’re a sales rep or an entrepreneur trying to sell you/your products, you must keep going.
If you stop making calls, sending emails, creating listings -whatever, if you stop, then what’s the point?
It takes grit to make that next call after the last person told you to f**k off, knock on the door after the last one was slammed in your face or send out that listing even if there were no sales today.
Grit helps you keep going. Grit causes you to close that next deal. Grit forces you to be consistent in your approach.
Without it, your results in sales will be mediocre and inconsistent.
