When we started this design, we knew we wanted something that felt collected over time — not built all at once. So we leaned into that European cottage influence, letting the rooflines vary, the gables peak at different heights, mixing the limestone with touches of stucco so it never feels too uniform or too perfect.

The windows were really important. We wanted them to feel generous and warm — the kind that glow at dusk and make you wonder what’s happening inside.

The front entry was a detail that mattered. We wanted it to feel like an arrival — a covered porch that actually invites you in rather than just decorating the facade. So we added the courtyard to extend the entry and complement the landscaping and the home simultaneously.

At golden hour it does exactly what we hoped it would. The stone picks up that warmth, the windows light up from inside. That’s really the goal — a home that feels like it earned its place. 🏡

Another beautiful home design is coming along nicely! This home is going to have its best mountain views out the front of the home so we set the living space up to accentuate them. Another unique element of the property is the road wrapping around 3 sides of the home. The house is positioned to give privacy to the backyard and make good use of the space that’s available. That’s the beauty of a custom design!
