Challenger staff want to share a big shout out to our Superintendent Student Leadership Council (SSLC) students who created and helped organize our first Challenger Wellness day! Our SSLC group wanted to ensure that all students had an opportunity to learn about the importance of wellness, coping skills and how to manage stress. Students selected from many sessions; guided meditation, crochet, mindfulness walk, neurographic art, agency presentations, resource fair and many others! We are so thankful for our SSLC students for creating this opportunity and understanding the importance of wellness! We look forward to future similar events!
