Shimuja has officially been named Miami’s Best Ramen Shop by the Miami New Times AGAIN! 🏆🍜

Winning this award for the second time is an incredible honor, and it means the world to our entire team. Since arriving in Miami as a humble pop-up in 2016, Chef and owner Keiichi Maemura has been on a mission to share true Japanese ramen with South Florida and that mission hasn’t stopped since we opened our first location in Davie back in 2017.

Over the last 8 years, we’ve had the privilege of serving countless amazing customers, each one helping us grow into what we are today. Thank you for following Chef Kei’s story, for appreciating the heart and dedication we put into every bowl, and for making Shimuja a part of your lives.
