Importance of Sensory Play 💦🐠

By engaging in sensory play activities such as squishing, squeezing, smelling, and exploring different textures, children enhance their cognitive, physical, and emotional skills.

This hands-on experience stimulates a child’s senses and fosters the development of fine motor skills. Sensory play encourages curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving abilities as children manipulate and experiment with various materials.

It also supports language development through vocabulary expansion as they describe the sensations they experience.💫

At Viva Christian Academy, your child’s health and safety is our top priority. Our staff is required to be Pediatric First Aid & CPR certified in order to be prepared and ready for any situation. ⛑️♥️
