We want to lift without incurring injuries. We want to do everything without injury! Someday, we’ll want to run around with our grand children and carry them with ease. UGH the MENO BLOAT, am I right?! 😩

The fact that you can be doing “all the right things” and still have your digestion go to hell in a handbag the second you enter perimenopause … 👹

Gut issues are my #1 most challenging menopause symptoms, and it took me years of doctors, personal research, education and trial & error to both understand and learn how to treat these symptoms.

None of us want to deal with persistent bloat, constipation, heartburn & abdominal pain. And if ignored, it can lead to even worse and more chronic issues like ✔️SIBO ✔️leaky gut ✔️nutritional deficiencies ✔️pelvic floor dysfunction & ✔️mental health issues. NO THANKS!

Remember when that exercise felt easy?

And now somehow it feels 10x harder?

That’s actually one of the coolest things about Pilates.

When you’re first learning a movement, it’s easy to compensate with momentum, larger muscle groups, or simply moving through the exercise without truly connecting to what you’re supposed to be feeling.

But as your technique improves, something changes.

You start finding the deep core.
You feel the stabilizers.
You notice every wobble.
You create more control, more precision, and more tension where it belongs.

Suddenly the same exercise feels WAY harder… even though you’re stronger than before.

That’s not a setback.

That’s progress.

One of the biggest goals of the upcoming 💪🏼 MenoFit To The Core program isn’t just to strengthen your core—it’s to help you ✔️build a deeper connection to your body, ✔️improve stability, and ✔️move with confidence from the inside out.
