We apologize for the radio silence lately—life has been busy, and so have we! We're thrilled to share the latest updates on the Royer addition, which is coming along beautifully.

✅ **What We've Accomplished:**
- Completed roofing on the new addition and replaced the old shingles on the existing roof.
- Installed new windows, ensuring better efficiency and aesthetics.
- Mini-split HVAC is in, providing optimal comfort.
- Electric is roughed in, moving us closer to a functional space.
- Siding is about 90% complete, adding that finishing touch to the exterior!

👷‍♂️ **What's Next:**
- Finishing the deck boards and handrails.
- Insulating the walls for maximum energy efficiency.
- In just 4 to 5 weeks, we'll be installing an impressive 9ft glass bifold door, creating a more open feeling in their new space.

We're excited to continue working with the Royer family and turning their dream home into reality!
