🍾 A Bittersweet Announcement 🍾

As we approach the end of the year, we’re announcing that Layer will be closing as both of us begin new chapters outside the area this coming year. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and creating bespoke cakes and confections for your most meaningful celebrations has been an absolute honor.

To our incredible clients — thank you for trusting us to bring your visions to life and for allowing our creations to be part of your life’s most treasured moments. Your celebrations, stories, and support have meant the world to us.

And although we are not accepting any new orders, all existing orders through the end of the year will be fulfilled with the same care and attention to detail you’ve come to expect.

We WILL have our baking mixes available until winter break, and would be forever appreciative if you thought of us for a special gift this holiday season.

So thank you again Moore county and beyond; this journey helped us provide for our families, grow as human beings, and gave us heaps of sweet memories to take along with us. 🤍

Throwback to one of my first ventures into wedding cakes 🎂 This beautiful couple just celebrated their two year wedding anniversary!! Wishing them all the happiness in the years to come 🥂

Flavors included Guiness Chocolate Cake, Vanilla Bean & Passion Fruit and Pistachio Cake covered in white chocolate ganache and Swiss buttercream.

Pistachio shells, dark chocolate Swiss buttercream, pistachio kaifiri and black sesame filling, dipped in Belgian chocolate and sprinkled with pistachio crumbs 🤤
