I rode my bike at the beach this morning. Although flat, there was a horrendous headwind going out and substantial tailwind coming back. It gave me an opportunity to practice good pedaling technique - relaxed upper body, even circles, high cadence. Be sure to practice good form on all your bike rides, especially those over varied terrain or conditions.
