Remarkable Rooter prides ourselves in being a family run company and business. Saturday, March 7th, we lost our foundation for our company. Mark, our owner and chief operator lost his sweetheart and dear wife Susie. Our hearts our shattered. We thank our customers for your support and understanding at this time and apologize for any delays or troubles this may cause. We will post information regarding her services as soon as we can. Thanks to a faceplant in the asphalt, trying to get the garbage bins to the curb in time, our owner, Mark, will be sporting a pirate costume for Halloween this year. Dont be too alarmed when he shows up to your door. He’s not there to pillage and plunder, just there for all your drain cleaning needs. Thanks to the doctors at the instacare for 6 stitches above the eye and especially to and for this hilarious package of a pirate costume from amazon! 😂 Get well soon, Mark! You don’t want to scare your customers too much!!
Remarkable Rooter started in 1984 and has serviced over 100,000 jobs. And now, 35 years later, our owner Mark, is carrying on the tradition of “bringing his helper” with him to a job, but instead of his kid, this time it’s his grandkid. All of Marks children and a few of his grandchildren have memories of going on jobs with him at some point or another. David, his son, has become a serviceman himself. And Marky, another “helper” frequents jobs with his Grandpa Mark as well as his dad who is our serviceman, Sione. . We pride ourselves in our professionalism, but we also pride ourselves in our family run company. Cheers to small business! And cheers to the best grandpa in the world!
