Over 100 cars showed up for a meetup/photo shoot inside the LA River. LAPD responded, issued trespassing citations, and impounded 72 vehicles. What do ya think, fair or overkill?

LS-swapped Cutlass came in for a dyno tune!
The car came in making 298 RWHP. We fixed some misfires, corrected the injector data, and installed new spark plugs and wires. After dialing it in, we picked up over 100 RWHP!
