Hiding Lapel Mics on Actors
Apparently it's Christmas already. At least that's what all the department stores would like us to start believing. And I know that a lot of churches have cut back on doing drama presentations during Christmas and Easter seasons. But when the moment arrives and YOU need to "hide" a microphone on an actor, it's helpful to learn some tricks used by the pros.
There are lots of videos online that show the tricks. I discovered these a couple of years ago and found them super instructive.

Please get it right

We recently completed a curtain replacement at St Anthony de Padua Catholic Parish School's Gym Stage. The replacement included new tracks and pipes for the Valances.. They have a mid stage traveler curtain that allows them to do events on a shallow stage as well as open to full depth for big scenes. We also relocated their screen so it was usable with their current projector
