Before there were paint samples or floor plans, there was this blanket. Its stripes set the tone — cozy, nostalgic, a little rugged. That simple spark grew into the camp-style heart of this project, layered with nods to the University of Notre Dame just down the road. And somewhere between the blanket and the blue and gold, Camp Rockne was born.

I could build this ikea set in my sleep! We’ve installed the same furniture in multiple properties - safe to assume it’s one of my favorites! One thing I love about this for an Airbnb (besides the affordable price and ease of setup, all important for a short-term rental) is that you can customize the covers by dying them any color you’d like! Such a great way to bring character to your Airbnb!
