Hello everyone,

We are aware of the viral video post from last Thursday and would like to clarify some things.

The person in the video is a family friend who came and used the restaurant’s knives to cut his own meat which he purchased on his own. The meat itself was bone-in slabs of beef, in which the restaurant does not purchase or serve that type of meat. The health inspectors verified this when they came and visited.

We do apologize for any chaos, confusion, and lack of safety this may have caused you.
