Today seems the right time to try to express how very thankful I am for the many years I was lucky enough to have my little shop. It is officially closed. Until a year ago today, my beloved Schatzi looked forward to greeting you as much as I did. She sure was a lot better at it than me.
I will keep with me the gifts of your compliments, the kind words, the times you came by because you were back in town, the fun of finding that special piece and sending treasures to their new homes.
I can only hope that you know it truly was my pleasure creating an aesthetic that was out of the ordinary and to welcome you in.
