Obviously the pandemic continues to dominate the news and everyone's life has been deeply affected, from the many who have lost loved ones and the many who live in constant fear of this virus to the many who don't believe this is a real or serious threat but still are deeply affected by school, restaurant and business closures, lack of concerts, limits of social gatherings etc.

My favorite herbalist, Stephen Harrod Buhner, has updated his protocol for COVID-19 and expanded into what is essentially a 66 page book (with 14 additional pages of references) which he has generously shared for free.
It gets a bit technical but has clear recommendations....
