Congratulations to our graduates! 🎓

Greylis graduated from Worcester State University with a degree in Public Health and Sociology and plans to study Sonography.

Aniana earned her Associate of Arts degree in English with a concentration in Creative Writing and hopes to work in publishing or magazines in New York City.

We also celebrate our high school graduates, Tima and Talique, who will attend Bunker Hill Community College to study Art and Computer Engineering.

A special congratulations to our Little Mystic students moving up to MLC—we are excited to see all of our students continue to learn, grow, and succeed!

The MLC team had an AMAZING time participating in the Mystic River Watershed Association’s Annual Herring Run! 🌊✨🏃‍♀️🐟

Over the past few weeks, our children and staff trained hard through our running & endurance programming to get ready for the 5K — and we were so excited to have Somerville PD’s Officer Mackenzie join us along the way!

From training runs to our pre-race pasta party 🍝😄, this experience was all about teamwork, learning, movement, and FUN! We loved learning about the herring that travel through our local rivers while building healthy habits and cheering each other on every step of the way.

A huge THANK YOU to .river.watershed for your ongoing support and for helping make this such a special experience for our community! 🙌💚

✨ Last Friday at MLC ✨

We hosted a beautiful evening of creativity, texture, and color at our Sculptural Jewelry Making Workshop with local artist Ilana Krepchin. Participants explored sculptural design techniques and created one-of-a-kind handmade jewelry pieces to take home.

A huge thank you to Ilana for leading such an inspiring hands-on experience, and to everyone who joined us and made the night so special.
