It's that time! (Well, almost 😆) Fire Cider will be ready in about 6-8 weeks depending on when I strain the batch. So that is landing around the end of October. Just in time to keep your belly warm and germs burnt through the cold season 🦠🤧🥶

This is probably the most labor intensive endeavor that I do every year 🥵💪😆

So what's in it you ask?

All kinds of antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory herbs, spices, hot peppers, citrus fruits, and roots that support immunity, aid digestion (hello pregnancy heartburn‼️🤰), and, it tastes pretty darn good drizzled over salad greens or as a marinade! 🥗

This infuses in organic apple cider vinegar for about 6-8 weeks, gets strained, and finally, slightly sweetened with local honey 🍯 🐝

This is *most likely* the ONLY batch I will make this year, so once I sell out, that's it until next fall! So RUN 🏃‍♀️ I only have S•I•X•T•Y bottles, which may sound like a lot, but I usually sell out fairly fast. You can secure yours today for pre-order! Must be paid with 24 hours and I will add your name to the list! I will be doing an open house at the end of October most likely and they will be available to pick up at the event or porch pick up when ready!

I don't do as many cakes anymore, but I prefer to focus on natural colors, flavors, and quality ingredients like fine organic pastry flour, pasture raised eggs, rich organic grass fed butter, pure vanilla, and natural colorants. My camera would not pick up the beautiful green that this was in person, but it turned out so cute for a special little ONE!
