SLAM has 19 senior students! In years past SLAM has ended summer with a SLAM Senior Send Off. Unfortunately, this year we will not be able to host this event. This does not mean you are not loved or prayed over!
Shout out of THANKS to the artists who have designed and created your prayer blankets! Deborah Carey, Emily Golden, Kim Howard Toby, Mandy Sexton Mobley, and Ruth Miller have spent countless hours crocheting these wonderful gifts.
Your SLAM leaders will be contacting you in the coming weeks to give you this gift and pray over you. You are sooo loved! Don’t ever forget that!

“But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved—”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭2:4-5‬ ‭ESV‬‬

Zack plans to attend “Gary and Francis Price University” as he learns the family business! 😉 No doubt he is on his way to success!

Senior Highlight: Josh Carey has graduated from Southwestern High School. Josh is an overcomer. Despite his health challenges over the past several summers, Josh has continually persevered to serve the Lord. His quiet strength speaks volumes of his character and dedication to his faith. Josh has served many roles in SLAM including that as “SLAM-leader’s kid” which means a lot of behind-the-scenes serving too.
Josh plans to attend University of the Cumberlands, playing tennis and seeking a business degree. Pray for Josh to be obedient to the Lord’s leading in his life. Pray for health and for Godly wisdom.
