Not signed up for this years' Run For Jeff Yet? There's still time. Online registration ends on Wednesday, June 11, at noon. This allows the race timer to assign bibs. There is also race-day registration for all of you that can't make up their mind until last minute. Just come to Woods Road Park, 900 Woods Road, Solvay, NY 13209 and look for the registration table.
As always, great post race food and drink for all participants and volunteers. We also have awesome prizes available by raffle. Raffle tickets are cash or check only. We aren't set up for electronic payments. Come on over to Solvay this Saturday and help support the Jeff Proietti Wellness Foundation Inc.

1. We are getting close to a deadline for ordering shirts. I'd love for everyone to get a giveaway shirt for being a participant, but to guarantee a shirt you must sign up before May 5th.

3. We have just added a 2k run/walk for students and beginners in the spirit of inspiring wellness in everyone.
